Terms & Conditions

• ❖ Diamonds sold in jewellery articles can be exchanged at 100% value after one year and 80% cash back on diamonds at any time.
• ❖ Diamond jewellery will be exchanged only against purchase of diamond jewellery.
• ❖ Diamond Polki jewellery will be exchanged at 70% of the jewellery value against Diamond Polki jewellery only.
• ❖ Solitaires will be returned or exchanged as per current market value.
• ❖ Purchase of gold, platinum, and palladium will be at net weight and calculated at the current buying rate after deducting value addition charges, stones, etc.
• ❖ Jewellery for exchange or buyback must be in original condition. Altered or damaged jewellery, diamonds, and gemstones will not be considered.
• ❖ Customized jewellery, diamonds, and stones procured on customer order will not be considered for exchange/return. Company reserves the right to reject such purchases after evaluation.
• ❖ Verification and valuation of jewellery may take up to 3 working days.
• ❖ Original invoice & certificate must be presented at the time of exchange or return.
• ❖ Delivery of order or advance claim must be made within 90 days of order/advance date; after this period, the company is not liable for any claims.
• ❖ Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
• ❖ All government taxes will be applicable on the confirmation of the purchase.
• ❖ Any charges incurred by Qandhari Jewellers, including credit card charges, will be deducted in case of buyback. Exchange/buyback value will be net of VAT/Taxes previously paid.
• ❖ The company has sole discretion to reject any product after evaluation.
• ❖ Online orders will be dispatched only after receiving complete funds on business days.
• ❖ Payment confirmation and delivery are not facilitated on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• ❖ The company reserves the right to update guidelines without prior notice.
